Description:
The Great Hall, called la Salle des Chevaliers in French, is a 12th century Crusader addition to the castle. It was built as a reception hall in a Gothic style with vaulted ceilings. The Great Hall predates the adjacent Loggia and complements its style. Behind the Great Hall, to the left, is an older long hall that leads to the Kitchens. On the right of that are the latrines.
