Description: The main defence tower at the northern end of the Castle is called the Tower of the Daughter of the King. It is a square tower and the largest at this end of the castle. Today, this tower houses a restaurant and café. Frankly, unless you are desperately thirsty, I do not recommend trying this restaurant (there is a recommended restaurant about 5 minutes from Krak des Chevaliers called "Al-Qalaa" that serves excellent food).
